In the past week I’ve had to
1. Deal with awful corporate landlords in the town where I’m going to be attending law school– they tried renting me an apartment and charging me a full month’s rent for half a month (but just tucking it into their lease agreement and hoping I would sign away my life without reading the fine print).
2. Had my iphone stolen by someone in a movie theater (while watching a horrible movie– Ghosts of Girlfriends Past).
3. Gotten my second bout of strep throat in three months.
4. Applied to rent an apartment in this really cool eco-community in said law-school-town. Hoping it works out!
